Before starting Career Salahkar, Shailendra Soni had a mix of the Professional and Entrepreneurial Journey.

He has worked with Gestetner (Now RICOH), TATA Infomedia (Now Infomedia) Tata Infotech (Now part of TCS), Hutchison Max Telecom (Now Vodafone), NIIT, PEARSON Education, Career Launcher in different capacities and gained excellent experience of managing business, leading teams and meeting the Organisational objectives along with Profits and Numbers.

He also founded a Recruitment Firm and also been a Partner, Managing Partner and Advisor in few recruitment and Career Services companies.

He is an MBA from IPM, Ghaziabad and CEMP Professional from CORENELL University, USA.

Currently he is Mentoring youths & working professionals on their Career Issues and Career Journey. He is a Practicing COACH now and helps Individuals overcome their Personal and Professional issues.
